Working Steps

After being placed at the crane rail the grindmachine works automatically. The ridges on both sides of the rail will be removed by our machine.

Rails that are rinded out horizontally will be welded professionally and the original profile of the rail will be restored by our grindmachine.

All vertical and horizontal rail profiles (also curves) can be processed.

Incurred waviness on molded rails will be welded and grinded by a lightly spherical bearing surface (e.g. profile A120) according to original mold.

Normally the production in the hall can be continued during the crane rail repair due to our advanced technology and the flexible working hours (also at weekend, on holidays, over-night etc.). No cost intensiv production break down, especially if the repair can be carried out before the crane must be stopped due to destructed rails.
